How you get access
DynaPulse is provided to organisations. Your organisation’s administrator creates your login and gives you a company code. If you do not have one, contact your administrator, or contact us.
Need help?
- Sign-in: ask your administrator. They create your login and give you your company code.
- Forgotten password: ask your administrator to reset it. You are given a one-time password and choose your own the first time you sign in.
- Clients using the portal: if your invitation link has expired, ask your consultant to send a new one.
- Report a problem: email info@dynatek.co.za or call +27 12 019 8540. Tell us your company name, what you were doing and when. Please do not send passwords.
- Your data: see the Privacy Policy and its data and privacy requests section, or make a request directly.
