2. Information on this website
Content on this site is general information about our business, products and capabilities. It is provided in good faith but is not professional, legal or engineering advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Product descriptions are general; technical information, specifications and pricing are provided only in writing in response to a specific enquiry, and may change without notice. Products described as in planning or in development are not yet available.
3. Intellectual property
The content, design, logos and trade marks on this site belong to Dynatek or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or adapt our content without our written permission. Third-party names referred to remain the property of their owners.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any supply, development, deployment or service is subject to a written quotation or agreement signed by both parties. Where we develop software or hardware specifically for a client, ownership of that work is as set out in the written agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We handle enquiries in confidence. If you wish to share proprietary information, please ask us to put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place first and do not include it in the contact form.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or submit unlawful, false or misleading information through the contact form.
7. Links to other sites
We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynatek is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
